SK Home Improvement is a small, owner led building contractor based in Croydon. Sher Khan runs the business day to day, handling enquiries, quotations, bookings and every project himself, so you're always speaking to the person actually doing the work, not a call centre or a salesperson.

Sher Khan's Background in the Trade
Sher Khan has around seven years of experience in the building and construction industry, having worked across the main building trades before setting up SK Home Improvement. That hands on background shapes how the business runs today: Sher is on site, not behind a desk, and brings that experience to every job, whether it's a single repair or a full property refurbishment.

What We Do
We take on general building, renovation and refurbishment work of every size, from bathroom and kitchen renovations to full property refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions, alongside general building, property maintenance and handyman services.
Working together
How We Work
Every project starts with a conversation, a call or a message about what you need. From there, we'll arrange a quote, and a site visit if needed, before agreeing a start date. You'll deal with Sher Khan throughout, not a rotating cast of staff.
We are available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Who We Work For
We work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents, property managers and commercial property owners. That might mean a property that's just been bought and needs doing up, a rental being refurbished between tenants, a dated home being improved room by room, or a property being prepared to sell or let.
Service area
Where We Work
We're based in Croydon and work as a service area business, meaning we come to you, rather than working from a shop or showroom. We cover Croydon and South London as our main area, with projects further afield, including Lewisham, by arrangement.
Much of our work is in the area's Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis and converted flats.
