- Is there a minimum charge?
- Yes, we work to a minimum of one hour. If you have several small jobs it is usually better value to book a half day and get through the whole list.
- Do you supply materials?
- We can bring common fixings, sealant and small parts. For anything specific such as a particular tap or blind, either you supply it or we collect it and add the cost to the invoice.
- Can you work in a tenanted property?
- Yes. We regularly attend tenanted properties for landlords and agents. We arrange access directly with the tenant once the landlord or agent has instructed us.
- Do you take on jobs at short notice?
- Often yes, depending on where we are working that week. Call or send a WhatsApp message and we will tell you the earliest realistic slot.
