- Can you find where a leak is coming from?
- Yes. We inspect the roof, flashings and gutters and work back from the internal damage. Water often travels along timbers before it shows, so the fault is rarely directly above the stain.
- Do I need scaffolding?
- Small repairs can often be done from a ladder or tower safely. Larger work and anything at height for a sustained period needs scaffolding, which we include in the quote.
- How long does a flat roof last?
- It depends on the system. A good felt roof typically lasts fifteen to twenty years and GRP longer. We will tell you what is on your property and how much life it has left.
- Do you clear gutters as a standalone job?
- Yes, and it is worth doing before winter. We can also check the joints and brackets while we are up there.
